The blancher is an extremely versatile machine used to heat and cook in continuous a great variety of food products.
Of a cylindrical shape slightly inclined forward, cooking is performed in hot water and the progress of the product is achieved by a screw conveyor.
The product is loaded at the front of the machine while the discharge takes place on the opposite side.
The components, the size as well as the level of automation are set according to the specific needs of each customer during the design stages. Generally made of stainless steel AISI 304 it can also be made of stainless steel AISI 316L for those parts in contact with the product.
